At 5 Star, we are on a QUEST (check out what it means below) to be the construction and maintenance company in Cayman that you are both delighted by, and thus delighted to recommend to others. We want 5 stars for how well we do in each of our QUEST principles or values.  Each of these is something you should expect as standard, and yet all can be quite elusive here in Cayman. We'd like to change that.

We aspire to be better in every dimension, so that you can trust us with your projects, maintenance, vision, home, business or baby (the project kind, not the human kind, unless you want a new nursery built)!

These are the values we hold ourselves to and which we think should come as standard when working with a high quality provider committed to properly serving its customers, large and small.

QUALITY

When you arrange for someone to do a piece of work they say they can do, the quality you agree should be the quality you get. With so much of our work through either repeat or recommendation, you can be assured this is as important to us as it is to you.

UNAMBIGUOUS

Too frequently, it isn't clear what has been agreed or included. We will ensure we are all on exactly the same sheet, so you are confident in pressing go with us, and never ever disappointed that you did! That means clear quotes, with each key item separated out, so you know exactly what's what.

EFFECTIVE

It should be easy to work with a company and we'll go out of our way to make that so, from initial contact through to final administration. And that means cost-effective too - good service should be standard, not an expensive extra!

SAFE

To us, protecting your home or business (as though it were our own) is part and parcel of being the right partner. From ensuring we don't damage things, by protecting floors, furnishings and vulnerable items,  to ensuring trustworthy staff who always act responsibly, we are unwavering in our commitment here.

TIMELY

Don't you hate it when you leave a message or submit an enquiry and then... nothing happens? Responsiveness should be a standard, not a lottery. From responding to enquiries, to turning up on time, ready for action, to responding swiftly in emergencies, we want a 10 for timeliness.
